Integrate AI/ML models into automation workflows where applicable.
Create and maintain integrations with Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, SQL, and APIs.
Ensure proper exception handling, logging, and error recovery in bots.
Perform UAT, deployment, and provide post-deployment support.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document workflows.
Monitor bot performance and continuously improve existing automations.
