Fast-growing and highly ambitious technology organisation headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale their end-to-end recruitment function. This is a critical, senior role reporting directly to the CHRO, offering high visibility and the opportunity to shape talent strategy at an enterprise level.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role scoping through to offer management and onboardingPartner closely with the CHRO and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives and future capability needsDesign and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies for high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiringAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, talent mapping, and hiring best practice guidanceBuild, manage, and develop an internal TA team and external vendor relationshipsOversee employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice within the technology sectorLeverage data, metrics, and recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiencyEnsure compliance with UAE labour laws, governance, and internal recruitment policiesDrive process optimisation, technology adoption (ATS/tools), and candidate experience excellence
Mandatory requirementsBachelors degree minimum qualification2 Years minimum experience within a tech/start up type of business8 years minimum experience in Talent AcquisitionFull end to end recruitment experience
