The Web Developer & SEO Specialist will focus on WordPress website development, website performance, and SEO implementation. This role will primarily support the development, optimization, and maintenance of corporate and business websites, ensuring strong technical performance and organic visibility. The role is execution-focused and supports broader marketing initiatives from a website and SEO perspective. 

• Develop, update, and maintain corporate and business websites primarily using WordPress
• Implement website updates, content changes, and layout enhancements as required
• Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
• Ensure website stability, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
• Support landing page improvements and basic conversion optimization initiatives
• Assist with front-end updates using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure
• Support technical SEO implementation such as schema markup, sitemap management, and indexing
• Optimize website structure for improved organic visibility
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4
• Support SEO reporting and performance tracking

• Support marketing and branding initiatives from a website and SEO execution perspective
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to implement approved campaigns and updates
• Assist in ad-hoc digital marketing and website-related projects as required

• Experience in WordPress website management and SEO implementation
• Strong knowledge of CMS (WordPress & Shopify), themes, plugins, and basic PHP
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools i.e., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of AWS &Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• An eye for detail, strong aesthetic sense, and creativity.
• Technology-savvy, with an interest in emerging AI tools and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to organize and structure tasks efficiently with a well-structured mindset.
• Fluent in English

• Salary: AED 8,000 – 9,000 + Visa + Insurance + Annual Air Tickets
• Location: Bur Dubai
