Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Pre-Sales Service Architect who will play a key role in discovering opportunities and in positioning Help AG’s security services to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Pre-Sales Service Architect will have a critical role in ensuring customers understand the value of Help AG services. During and post implementation, the role will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from service adoption & value), ensuring alignment with the implementation team and detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role is crucial to Help AG’s success in the market and is strongly sales focused to ensure increased business.
Responsibilities:
Assisting Business Development Managers in customer meetings, focusing on positioning Help AG services, understanding customers environment and manage expectations.
Ensure empowerment of Business Development Managers in key areas of expertise.
Assist Business Development Managers with strategic account planning (from a technology point of view).
Assistance onboarding team during kick-off meeting to ensure the right understanding is obtained for successful onboarding.
Support the sales process by leveraging Help AG’s defined services and manage customer expectations towards a successful sale.
Involve vendor presales and Help AG’s internal technology leads as required and manage any external involvement as technical interface to the customer.
Create high-end technical content for proposals including required drawings, project plans, technical compliance and other usual formal RFP requirements.
Define proper scope of work (SOW) of any proposed services.
Coordinate any technical third-party involvement for presales/proposal process.
Arrange, define, manage and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) with customers including scope, success criteria, technical requirements, timelines and presentation of results.
Coordinate with internal team leaders and tech leaders to successfully deliver the POC.
Close sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree from a related field and relevant security certifications, both from vendors and vendor-independent parties.
Excellent technical and architectural understanding of the portfolio of key services MDR, MTI, MEDR, SOAR, Offensive & advisory services.
Understanding of solutions utilized to deliver Help AG services.
Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies.
Prior experience in positioning managed security services.
Technical and solution knowledge on Cloud IT and Sec Technologies.
Prior pre-sales experience is desired but not mandatory.
Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of an opportunity.
Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.
Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
