Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to expand our corporate training portfolio by acquiring and managing corporate clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities
- Build strong relationships with HR, L&D & decision makers
- Promote public & customized corporate training programs
- Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations
- Prepare proposals and close corporate deals
- Collaborate with internal teams for program delivery
- Maintain CRM, pipeline & sales reports
- Represent Cambridge at corporate events & webinars
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Marketing / Management)
- 6 - 7 years in B2B / Corporate Sales or Business Development (UAE)
- Experience in training, L&D or professional services preferred
- CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
