Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to expand our corporate training portfolio by acquiring and managing corporate clients and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with HR, L&D & decision makers
  • Promote public & customized corporate training programs
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations & negotiations
  • Prepare proposals and close corporate deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for program delivery
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline & sales reports
  • Represent Cambridge at corporate events & webinars


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Marketing / Management)
  • 6 - 7 years in B2B / Corporate Sales or Business Development (UAE)
  • Experience in training, L&D or professional services preferred
  • CRM & LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
