Description
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the company to potential clients. You will work closely with management to meet sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

- Fully proficient in Excel and able to manage all tracking, reporting, and client follow-up efficiently through advanced Excel workflows.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities
- High level of professionalism and persistence
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a must
- Additional certifications in sales or business development are an advantage
- 1 to 3 years of healthcare sales experience is preferred
- Strong English communication (written + verbal) required
- Valid UAE driving license + personal car
- Background selling healthcare platforms, medical tech, or medical services is a plus.
