In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants to support our clients in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies, and implementing solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior consultants in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify business trends and insights.
• Support in developing business strategies and presenting recommendations to clients.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and provide updates.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Assist in implementing business solutions and tracking their effectiveness.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking clients or partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Mandatory)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Client-focused with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, project management, or strategic planning.
• Experience working with clients or teams in a multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• No prior consulting experience required - we're looking for motivated individuals eager to learn!
