Hiring | Technical Sales Manager – Home Automation | Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager with strong exposure to Home Automation / Professional AV solutions to handle high-end residential projects in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Project Type: Residential (Villas & Luxury Apartments)

Client Type: B2B & B2C

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Generate and manage key accounts from qualified leads

✔️ Engage with developers, consultants, contractors, and homeowners

✔️ Understand client requirements and propose suitable home automation / AV solutions

✔️ Coordinate with presales teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals

✔️ Present and explain solutions effectively to clients

✔️ Lead negotiations and close sales deals ✔️ Maintain strong long-term client relationships


Budget AED 10000-13000

Desired Candidate Profile

� Candidate Profile

� Degree in Electronics / Communications Engineering

� 3–8 years of Gulf experience in Home Automation / Professional AV sales

� Strong exposure to residential projects

� Experience handling B2B & B2C stakeholders

� Excellent communication and negotiation skills

� UAE driving licence is mandatory
