Job Brief:We are looking for a presentable and communicative Customer Relations Executive to support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department. The role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
This position is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in roles such as receptionist, administrative support, or HR, provided they demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM data accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Support the CRM team in managing customer relationships and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer-related records.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Support administrative and front-desk operations when required.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their requests and concerns.
Job Requirements:- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Experience level: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Previous experience in roles such as receptionist, administration, or HR is preferred.
- Experience may be from the UAE or home country, provided it is in a similar field.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Well-presented, professional, and confident personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with office systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a customer-facing role.
