Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Smart Home Sales Engineer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating customer needs, providing expert technical support, designing and presenting smart home and office solutions, and demonstrating the functionality of products and systems. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and providing post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with a strong ability to design and implement technical solutions for clients. Experience in providing Technical Support and a deep understanding of smart home technologies and related systems. Demonstrated skills in Sales, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed and satisfaction is achieved. Ability to work on-site in Dubai with a proactive problem-solving approach and an understanding of smart home trends and technologies
