Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking)
- Support HR-related administration (onboarding documents, leave tracking)
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French/Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
