About the Company: We are a growing company operating in food & beverage / franchise development / . We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (invoices, expense tracking)
  • Support HR-related administration (onboarding documents, leave tracking)


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French/Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
