Key Responsibilities
- Market, sell, and lease residential (Ready/ Off plan) and commercial properties
- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their property needs
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements
- Close real estate transactions and manage follow-up until completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain accurate records of listings and client interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

- Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on a commission structure
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

- Real estate license is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving license
