We are looking for Payments Specialist / Junior Treasury to manage and support daily payment and treasury operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payment execution while supporting cash management and liquidity monitoring. The ideal candidate brings hands-on payments experience and understanding of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payment vouchers related to bank transfers and ensure daily compliance with UAE banking regulatory requirements.
  • Post all payment transactions in the Dynamics Management accounting database (including bank transfers, bank card payments, petty cash, investments, and deposits)
  • Prepare the monthly payment calendar
  • Collect and organize tax invoices for bank charges, investment and brokers' SOA, and monthly bank statements in dedicated folders
  • Monitor card and petty-cash payments processed by accountants and office managers
  • Monitor account balances across various currencies and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the company’s needs
  • Assist in the preparation of the company’s monthly cash flow plan
  • Support the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in the payments process and the Dynamics Management accounting system
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks, including those related to the annual audit, such as bank balance confirmations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in payments, treasury operations, accounting, or financial operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with payment processing and banking platforms
  • Knowledge of UAE banking regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Dynamic software and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of cash management and bank reconciliations
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest ethical standards and strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international payments and multi-currency environments
  • Familiarity with SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, wire payments, and payment cut-offs
  • Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews
  • Exposure to automation or system implementation projects
  • Languages: Upper-Intermediate English, Ukrainian (spoken and written)
