Proven experience in managing and executing large-scale catering events
Strong leadership background with the ability to build, train, and lead a catering team
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Solid experience in menu execution, operational planning, and event logistics
Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
Experience supporting business growth and catering operations expansion
