Job Summary
Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of high-performing freelance Sales & Marketing Trainers to deliver impactful corporate training programmes across the UAE and GCC.
We are seeking experienced facilitators with strong commercial expertise who can deliver practical, engaging workshops for sales teams, business development professionals, account managers, and marketing leaders.
Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver programmes from the RTS Sales & Marketing catalogue, designed to address modern business needs including consultative selling, negotiation, CRM mastery, digital marketing, and sector-specific sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional sales and marketing training workshops for corporate and institutional clients
Facilitate interactive sessions using role plays, simulations, and real commercial case studies
Train participants on prospecting, negotiation, relationship selling, and closing techniques
Support marketing teams in strategy development, digital campaign planning, and growth execution
Coach sales leaders on performance management, KPIs, and CRM adoption
Adapt delivery for multicultural GCC business environments
Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
Provide actionable post-training feedback and recommendations when required
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Proven experience delivering corporate sales or marketing training programmes
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Practical commercial background in sales leadership, business development, or marketing strategy
Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM platforms, digital prospecting, analytics)
Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred Experience
Experience training in sectors such as FMCG, retail, banking, technology, or B2B services
Certifications in sales coaching, marketing, or professional training delivery
Ability to deliver multiple programmes across the RTS Sales & Marketing portfolio
Experience supporting inside sales and virtual selling environments
