Job Details

Help AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer with expertise in the Zscaler Security Suite and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) to monitor and manage the secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise security solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in monitoring and initial level troubleshooting in large, complex environments, supporting both on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure.



Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for managed security control clients, offering expert guidance and support.


  • Monitor, configure, and maintain security infrastructure, including Zscaler and Infoblox DDI solutions.


  • Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.


  • Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture using Zscaler.


  • Design, deploy, and support Infoblox DDI in enterprise environments.


  • Perform DNS troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.


  • Troubleshoot complex connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.


  • Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with the incident response team.


  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to validate the security controls and compliance of managed clients.


  • Collaborate with internal teams and managed clients to integrate security measures seamlessly into their environments.


  • Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, and optimization of security tools.


  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to proactively address potential risks.


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to security configurations, processes, and procedures.


  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new security technologies and tools to enhance our managed services.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


  • Minimum of 6+ years demonstrable industry experience.


  • Should have Network Operations / Security Operations experience.


  • Should have fair understanding of ITIL change management, problem management and incident management.


  • Experience in incident response, security assessments, and compliance audits for managed environments.


  • Should have expert and in-depth knowledge in enterprise security with Zscaler ZIA & ZPA and Infoblox DDI.


  • Relevant certifications such as Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Infoblox certifications are a plus.


  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS and Zero Trust security principles


  • Should have solid understanding of Network Security technologies and troubleshooting techniques.


  • Should have demonstrable experience of working in extreme pressure and customer facing environments. 


  • Should have experience to work with strict SLA’s.


  • Self-motivated and have a professional attitude.

  • Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented.
