Technical Service / After-Sales Manager – Consumer Appliances Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Consumer Appliances | Small Domestic Appliances | Baby & Pet Products Employment Type: Full-time Territory: GCC & Indian Subcontinent Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Service / After-Sales Manager to build and manage the after-sales service ecosystem for consumer appliances across GCC and India. The role is responsible for service operations, service partner management, product quality feedback, and overall customer service performance after product launch. This role suits professionals with hands-on experience managing service networks, RMAs, spare parts, and escalations within the consumer appliances or electronics sector. Key Responsibilities After-Sales Service Operations Set up and manage after-sales service infrastructure across multiple countries Define service processes, SLAs, escalation flows, and warranty handling Ensure consistent service experience across regions Service Partner Management Appoint, train, audit, and manage third-party service centers Monitor service partner performance and compliance with quality standards Drive corrective actions and continuous service improvement RMA & Spare Parts Management Own return and replacement (RMA) processes across regions Develop and manage spare parts availability to support fast resolution Balance service turnaround time with cost control Product Quality & Field Feedback Monitor post-launch product performance, failures, and return trends Analyze field issues and coordinate corrective actions with sourcing and product teams Reduce repeat issues and improve product reliability over time Escalation & Reporting Handle service escalations from key customers, retailers, and internal stakeholders Prepare regular service performance and quality reports Act as the point of contact for service-related audits and reviews

Skills

Candidate Profile 5–7+ years of experience in After-Sales, Technical Service, or Service Operations Strong background in consumer electronics or small domestic appliances Hands-on experience managing service partners and regional service networks Practical knowledge of RMAs, spare parts planning, and warranty processes Comfortable handling service escalations and field issues Experience across GCC and/or Indian markets preferred Good communication and coordination skills
