Business Development Manager – UAE & KSA (Executive Search & Recruitment)



Fluency in English and Arabic; Russian or Italian speakers highly valued.

Reporting to: Business Director – MENA



Salary: Competitive + commission + UAE benefits


Overview:



Antal International is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth in KSA and UAE by securing new clients (government entities, PIF portfolio companies, multinationals, and giga-projects) and selling premium, bespoke recruitment solutions to C-level stakeholders and HR decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop market expansion strategies and enter new verticals in KSA.

  • Acquire and nurture client relationships with CEOs, CHROs, and decision-makers.

  • Deliver consultative selling of retained executive search and specialized recruitment solutions.

  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

  • Monitor market trends, talent gaps, and competitor activity to inform strategies.

  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:




  • 3–7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or executive search/recruitment consulting.

  • Deep knowledge of Saudi business landscape, key sectors, and Vision 2030 initiatives.

  • Established network of decision-makers in KSA preferred.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic; Russian or Italian speakers highly valued.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, self-driven approach.
