As Club Lounge Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Attend daily and weekly internal department or related meetings/briefings and share any information/interests.
Chair Club Lounge Attendants meetings to enhance the level of service and resolve work issues.
Awareness and sensitivity to the concept of luxury and quality
Attend to any VIPs complaints or comments/feedback.
Ensure to uphold a high level of safety precaution - FLHSS at all times.
Maintain an active presence in the Club Lounge
Monitor and ensure that all guests with access with the Club Lounge are escorted to their respective rooms by the Club Lounge Attendants upon arrival
Ensure to check and inspect all rooms assigned and VIP rooms in accordance with LQE
Works closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge and all F&B departments
Help the Club Lounge Manager to meet and greet VIP guests
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head
Maintains and inspects the desk counter to ensure that workstations are maintained in accordance to the LQE
Request sufficient stationery for the daily operation
Support the Assistant FO Manager - Front Office Manager when required to train colleagues in accordance with the applicable standards and policies.
Follow the duty schedule and assure all tasks are completed at all times in a timely manner.
Support the Assistant FO Manager - Front Office Manager to maintain a clear overview of Infor HMS by carrying out regular checks on accuracy of the system
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Assistant FO Manager - Front Office Manager.
Stay current with developments and procedures in the hotel by attending daily Front Office briefings and reviewing the Front Office communications board regularly
Help reception desk operations when needed.
Ensure DTCM TD portal and Infor HMS is balanced daily.
As Club Lounge Supervisor, we expect from you:
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
Minimum 2 years’ Front Office/Guest Relations experience in a luxury hotel.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, PSMS, GoConcierge, HotSoS, and Rex.
Hotel pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Middle East experience is an advantage.
Russian, German or French speaker is desirable.
