As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and capable Associate to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with Zoho Books, experience with VAT registration and filing, basic knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, strong UAE company incorporation skills, at least 2 years of UAE experience, advanced MS Office proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities




  • Accounting Management: Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger management, using Zoho Books.

  • Audit Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international audit standards and firm policies.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, and relevant local standards, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

  • Company Incorporation Execution: Independently manage the full UAE company incorporation process, including documentation, approvals, and client advisory for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.

  • VAT Registration and Filing: Handle VAT registration processes, ensure timely and accurate VAT return filings, and provide guidance on VAT compliance for clients.

  • Corporate Tax Support: Assist clients with basic corporate tax registration and compliance under UAE regulations.

  • Client Management: Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions across accounting, audit, VAT, tax, and company setup services.

  • Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Support team collaboration and mentor junior staff, contributing to a high-performance environment.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance internal processes, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications




  • Semi-qualified ACCA/CA/CMA with significant progress toward full qualification.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred).

  • Minimum of 4 years of total accounting and audit experience, including at least 2 years of relevant UAE experience.

  • Mandatory expertise in Zoho Books accounting software.

  • Experience in VAT registration, filing, and advisory.

  • Basic understanding of UAE Corporate Tax regulations.

  • Proven experience managing UAE company incorporations (mainland, free zone, and offshore setups).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to client servicing.

  • Adequate technical knowledge of IFRS, auditing standards, and UAE regulatory frameworks.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
