Job Title: Finance Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
The Finance Manager handles the company’s finances, budgets, and reports. This role ensures proper control of project costs, cash flow, and compliance with UAE financial and real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts for real estate projects
- Track project costs, construction payments, and expenses
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Manage payments, collections, and bank accounts
- Handle VAT filings and ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
- Support management with financial analysis and decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, preferably in real estate
- Basic knowledge of VAT and project accounting
- Good Excel and accounting software skills
