- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Islamic B lessons in line with curriculum and school expectations.

- Maintain high expectations for student engagement, behaviour, and achievement.
- Use assessment data to monitor progress, provide feedback, and support student improvement.

Curriculum and Department Contribution
- Contribute to the review and development of Islamic B schemes of work and curriculum planning.
- Ensure continuity and progression within the secondary Islamic curriculum
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share good practice and improve teaching and learning
- Support departmental initiatives, events, and enrichment activities
Professional Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning
- Uphold school policies, including assessment, marking, behaviour, safeguarding, and health and safety
- Participate fully in meetings, professional development, and whole-school events
- Demonstrate professionalism in punctuality, conduct, and appearance at all times
- Engage in ongoing professional development to continually improve practice
