We are looking for a FEMALE Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and well-organized, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and office support tasks.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception/office area.
Provide support to management and staff as needed.
Salary: AED3,000.00 per month

Qualifications:
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Admin role is preferred
