We are seeking a highly motivated Private Charter Broker to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by arranging bespoke charter solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, understands luxury service standards, and excels at closing deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and book private charter solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and manage strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners
- Advise clients on aircraft/vessel options, pricing, availability, and logistics
- Coordinate end-to-end charter logistics including scheduling, permits, crew, catering, and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and transactions in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, fleet availability, and competitor offerings
- Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Provide exceptional, discreet, and responsive customer service before, during, and after each charter
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in private charter brokerage, luxury travel sales, or aviation/yachting (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple bookings under tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and charter management tools
- Knowledge of aviation or maritime regulations is a strong plus
