In this Regional Customer Director – Aerospace & Aviation Officer Position
Sector Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global direction.
- Identify growth opportunities across OEMs, MROs, airlines, and suppliers.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives and market penetration planning.
Customer Relationship Leadership
- Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customers.
- Lead QBRs and strategic planning engagements.
Revenue & Profit Growth
- Own delivery of revenue, GM, and EBIT targets.
- Lead tender responses and commercial governance.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and export controls.
- Support issue resolution and promote digitalization
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Represent MEA in global sector forums.
- Drive capability-building across the region.
Key Performance Indicators
- Revenue & margin growth
- Customer retention and expansion
- Win rate on tenders
- Customer satisfaction metrics
- Commercial governance compliance

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of aerospace and aviation supply chains.
- Experience 8–12 years in commercial, supply chain, logistics, or aviation roles.
- Proven success managing strategic customers.
