In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with various rheumatic conditions, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys through effective treatment plans and supportive care.
Key Responsibilities Perform detailed assessments and clinical evaluations to diagnose rheumatologic conditions, including but not limited to rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoarthritis.
Design and implement individualized treatment protocols, involving medication management, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.
Conduct therapeutic procedures such as joint injections and arthrocentesis when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment plans.
Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.
Provide compassionate support and follow-up care to patients during their treatment processes.
