Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients seeking home healthcare solutions Develop strategic plans to attract and retain clients in the healthcare sector Build and maintain relationships with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations Conduct market research to identify service demands and client needs Create and present tailored proposals highlighting our home healthcare services Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue goals Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure high standards of care and service delivery Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates to management Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services Salary + Benefits Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the home healthcare sector Strong understanding of home healthcare services and industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
