Key Responsibilities:
· Candidates will take directions primarily from the Firm Lawyers and Partners and will deliver support services.
· Maintains client confidentiality strictly in conformance with the Firm’s confidentiality policy and UAE laws and regulations.
· Follow ups in relation to litigation, judgment execution, and internal administrative matters in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
· The Candidate work nature includes office work and following up with government entities including but not limited to Courts (on daily basis), Dispute Settlement Committees, Rental Committees, Police Stations, and Public Prosecutions and Other duties as assigned.
· To continuously update Lawyers and Partners on tasks and matters assigned to the Candidate, or in the event of receiving any information relating to the Firms or its clients.
· Assist lawyers in legal research, drafting, and reviewing documents in both Arabic and English.
· Maintain and organize case files, records, and correspondence.
· Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders as required.
· Translate legal documents and communications between Arabic and English.
· Ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal procedures.
Skills
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in the UAE.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
· Strong organizational, research, and drafting skills.
· Familiarity with UAE laws, court procedures, and legal documentation.
· Knowledge of working with UAE court systems, including online filing and case management platforms.
· Attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
