Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and fit-out projects
  • Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, and BOQs
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of joinery products (woodwork, cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, fit-out works)
  • Negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Commercial awareness and cost control
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
