Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support in the telecom industry by managing documentation, data entry, coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless backend operations, allowing the sales team to focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support & Coordination
ÃAssist the hunting sales team with lead management, data entry, and follow-ups.
ÃMaintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
ÃPrepare and manage sales reports, contracts, and proposals.
ÃCoordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for smooth sales processing.
2. Documentation & Record Management
ÃHandle customer documentation, contracts, and agreements efficiently.
ÃEnsure all sales documents comply with company policies and telecom industry regulations.
ÃMaintain an organized record of customer interactions, deals, and approvals.
3. Communication & Support
ÃServe as a liaison between the sales team and other departments for approvals and escalations.
ÃRespond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and assist in resolving administrative issues.
ÃSupport the sales team by scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, and handling travel logistics.
4. Reporting & Analysis
ÃGenerate weekly and monthly sales reports to track team performance.
ÃAnalyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.
ÃEnsure timely submission of reports and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
ÃBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Ã2+ years of experience in a back-office, sales support, or administrative role (preferably in telecom).
ÃStrong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
ÃExcellent organizational and time-management skills.
ÃAbility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
ÃGood communication skills and attention to detail.
