Job Details

A leading regional insurance provider undergoing extensive digital modernization. The organization is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant with expertise in the insurance domain, specifically in insurance and digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, working on key regulatory projects and driving digital transformation initiatives within our insurance organization. Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in optimizing insurance operations and enhancing our digital capabilities.



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing insurance processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for insurance operations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and gather requirements for regulatory project initiatives.
  • Define clear and concise business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing insurance processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with QA and testing teams to develop test plans, participate in test execution, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of insurance concepts, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and support end‑to‑end project delivery, including testing activities.
