One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Brand & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints (digital, print, events, presentations).
Monitor brand health and recommend strategic improvements. - Marketing Planning & Execution
- Create and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and client acquisition.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR and events.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, asset management, operations) and external agencies for campaign delivery. - Digital Marketing & Content
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including website content, SEO/SEM, social media and email marketing.
Coordinate creation of marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks and advertising content.
Track and analyse campaign performance, KPIs, audience engagement and ROI. - Stakeholder Engagement & Events
- Support business development teams by producing client‑facing marketing materials and pitch support content.
Manage brand presence at industry events, conferences, webinars and community activities.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors and creative agencies.
Team Leadership & Budgeting - Lead or coordinate marketing specialists and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomes.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, communications or related roles; experience in financial services, asset management or real estate is preferred
