About Wealth and Retail Banking
Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank. We leverage digital banking channels with a human touch to provide clients with differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management and personalised advice. We also support small business clients with their business banking needs.
Job Summary We are looking for a Training Manager who can design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programmes within the Client Care Centre. In this role, you will build strong training frameworks, coach and develop a skilled training team, and ensure all learning initiatives directly improve service quality, operational accuracy, and business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve capability, reduce client-impacting errors, and support a culture of learning that delivers real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end training programmes aligned with business priorities
- Lead and develop a team of trainers, setting clear expectations and quality standards
- Build training frameworks that reduce complaints, improve accuracy, and strengthen service delivery
- Create targeted learning content informed by error trends, client feedback, and operational insights
- Use simulations, role play, and practical learning environments to reinforce capability
- Ensure all training deliverables are executed efficiently and to a high standard
- Partner with operations, quality teams, and leaders to align learning with business needs
- Use data, analytics, and management information to measure training effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support sustainable cost outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement across training processes, tools, and content
- Relevant experience across sales, service, or training environments
- Understanding of learning principles and instructional design
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in training, learning, or capability development roles
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation capability
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for performance improvement
- Experience designing training frameworks, content, and structured learning journeys
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Certified Trainer with demonstrated delivery and facilitation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English language is required
