Job Details

Job Purpose

To maintain a spotless, hygienic, calm, and premium clinic environment by performing high-standard cleaning, disinfection, waste handling, and set-up support across treatment rooms, consultation rooms, reception, washrooms, staff areas, and common areas—following clinic protocols and Dubai healthcare hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities

A) Daily Cleaning & Disinfection (Clinic-Grade Standards)

  • Clean and disinfect treatment rooms, consultation rooms, reception, corridors, washrooms, pantry, and staff areas as per schedule and checklists.
  • Perform high-touch point disinfection regularly (door handles, switches, counters, taps, chair arms, POS areas, etc.).
  • Maintain washrooms to premium standard: restock tissue/soap/sanitizers, deodorize, and ensure dryness and safety.
  • Ensure floors are vacuumed/mopped using correct chemicals and methods to prevent slip hazards and odor.


B) Treatment Room Set-Up & Turnover Support

  • Support room reset between clients (as per clinic protocol): tidy room, sanitize surfaces, arrange items, and ensure a calm presentation.
  • Handle linens/towels responsibly: collect used linen in designated bags, store clean linen properly, and coordinate laundering process if applicable.
  • Ensure disposal of used consumables (cups, tissues, covers) safely and discreetly.


C) Waste Segregation & Disposal

  • Segregate waste correctly (general, clinical, recyclables if applicable) following clinic policy.
  • Tie and replace bin liners as per schedule; ensure bins are clean, lidded, and odor-free.
  • Support safe storage and handover of waste to authorized collection (as per clinic/vendor process).


D) Stock & Supplies Management

  • Monitor and request replenishment for cleaning supplies, bin liners, tissues, soaps, sanitizers, air fresheners, etc.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and dilute/store/label correctly.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment (mops, buckets, vacuum) clean and in good working condition.


E) Professional Conduct & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and clinic operations.
  • Follow clinic SOPs, infection control practices, PPE use, and hand hygiene protocols.
  • Report issues immediately: leaks, pests, breakages, safety hazards, damaged furniture, unusual odors, or biohazard risks.
  • Maintain grooming and uniform standards suitable for a premium wellness clinic.


Skills

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience as a cleaner/housekeeping staff in a clinic, hospital, medical center, dental clinic, or wellness clinic in the UAE (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene, disinfection routines, and infection-control basics (especially for washrooms and treatment environments).
  • Familiar with cleaning tools and safe use of disinfectants/chemicals.


Skills & Behaviours

  • Extremely detail-oriented with pride in spotless presentation (premium standard).
  • Reliable, punctual, physically fit (standing, walking, lifting supplies).
  • Calm, respectful, and professional around clients and therapists.
  • Able to follow checklists, schedules, and instructions consistently.
  • Good communication skills (basic English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently.


Availability

  • Comfortable with 12-hour shift (9 AM–9 PM)
