Role Overview
The Real Estate Agent will generate leads, advise clients, conduct property viewings, and close sales while maintaining professional relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and social media
- Follow up with company leads and inquiries
- Understand client needs and provide property options
- Negotiate offers and close deals
Client Advisory
- Guide investors on ROI, payment plans & market trends
- Build long-term relationships with buyers & sellers
- Provide professional consultation and market knowledge
Property Marketing
- Promote properties through social media & portals
- Conduct property viewings & presentations
- Work closely with marketing team for content creation
Developer Coordination
- Attend project launches & training sessions
- Stay updated with new off-plan projects and prices
- Prepare booking forms & assist clients during reservation
Administration & Compliance
- Ensure accurate documentation & paperwork
- Coordinate with admin for contracts & transaction process
- Follow RERA and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred (freshers with strong sales skills welcome)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Presentable and professional attitude
- English required (Arabic/Russian/Chinese is a plus)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
