Position: Pastry Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in chocolate production, a strong sense of creativity and innovation, and exceptional attention to detail in finishing and presentation. A passion for craftsmanship, consistency, and high-quality execution is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce chocolate-based pastries, fillings, and confections
- Perform chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and finishing
- Scale and follow recipes accurately for factory-level production
- Maintain consistent quality in taste, texture, and appearance
- Monitor production processes to meet daily output targets
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve product defects
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain production records, recipes, and batch documentation
- Assist in new product development and seasonal items
- Train and support junior pastry staff and production assistants
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of chocolate handling (tempering, molding, enrobing)
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for pastry innovation
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or formal pastry training preferred, but not required
