Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labor Law and best practices
Manage performance management systems, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, compensation, and benefits administration
Manage HR operations across multi-entity or group company structures
Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management
Skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager
Strong and well-rounded background in Human Resources Management
Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
High level of emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities
Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage
Leadership Style: Hands-on leader with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a compliance-driven approach
Very good communication skills in English.
