Role Overview


Mindful Planner curates high-end celebrations and experiences for HNIs and UHNIs across the world from intimate milestone celebrations to multi-day destination events and weddings.


We are looking for a Sales & Event Planner who can own the client journey end-to-end and build demand through content and visibility.

This role combines content-led client attraction, relationship-based conversion, experience design, and event execution. You will attract clients through content and conversations, convert aligned interest into planning engagements, and lead delivery with ownership.

This is not a handover-based sales role.


You own the relationship, the content, and the outcome.


What This Role Involves


Content Creation & Visibility (Core Requirement)

  • Consistently create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, short videos)
  • Be comfortable speaking on camera with clarity and confidence
  • Share behind-the-scenes planning insights, taste, and experience narratives
  • Represent Mindful Planner through your personal voice and cultural context
  • Follow content frameworks and direction from the central team while adding authenticity

If someone is not comfortable being on camera, this role will not be a fit.

Client Conversations & Conversion

  • Engage inbound enquiries generated through content, referrals, and introductions
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand celebration intent, scale, and expectations
  • Guide clients through planning scope and fees
  • Convert aligned conversations into confirmed planning engagements

Experience Design & Planning

  • Translate client intent into event concepts and experience direction
  • Design celebrations that balance creativity, feasibility, and budgets
  • Build timelines, showflows, and planning clarity

End-to-End Execution

  • Own the event lifecycle from planning to on-ground delivery
  • Coordinate vendors, teams, and stakeholders
  • Lead execution and manage real-time challenges calmly

Relationship Ownership

  • Act as the single point of ownership for the client
  • Maintain clear communication throughout the journey
  • Drive repeat engagements and referrals post-event
