Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our software and technology services business.
You’ll work with companies that need help building products, scaling their platforms, or extending their tech teams. The goal is to build steady, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Development
Build and manage relationships with customers and position the company as their go-to technology partner.
• Software Engineering Sales
Sell custom software development, web platforms, backend systems, and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Cloud & Infrastructure Services
Identify opportunities around cloud setup, migration, cost optimization, performance improvements, and ongoing support.
• Team & Resource Augmentation
Close deals for dedicated developers or teams to support client roadmaps.
• Solution Shaping
Understand what the client is trying to build and propose the right mix of development, integrations, and support.
• Sales Ownership
Handle the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closing and handover.
Skills
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology or IT services sales
• Strong understanding of software development and engineering services
• Comfortable talking to product, tech, and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to close service-based deals
