Location: Dubai, UAE

Trusted by architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, and developers, our client has been part of prestigious projects across the Middle East, including luxury hotels, residential complexes, and corporate headquarters.



The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join our clients Middle East team in Dubai. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, influencing project specifications, and strengthening relationships with consultants and partners across the UAE.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned area and support the team in reaching overall UAE targets.
  • Influence specifications and promote our clients solutions through consultants (Architects, Interior Designers, MEP).
  • Collaborate with authorized dealers, resellers, and system integrators by providing commercial and technical support.
  • Develop sales leads, guide partners on effective lead management, and support complex negotiations with top-tier commercial and technical input.
  • Identify process improvements, propose solutions, and implement required actions to optimize dealer performance and local operations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with system integrators and dealers in Home/Building Automation, Intercom, CCTV, and Wiring Accessories.
  • Ensure timely reporting to management and colleagues in line with company policy.
  • Work closely with the Middle East Technical Manager for technical training and education of partners and dealers.

Candidate Profile:



  • 3–5 years of experience in structured and organized companies; experience in a similar sector is highly valued.
  • Strong technical and sales background with a proactive, innovative, and accountable mindset.
  • Excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to add strategic value to the local structure through effective planning and organization.
  • Knowledge or experience in KNX building automation, home automation, and intercom systems is highly appreciated.
  • The candidate must currently reside in the UAE.
  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle are required.
