Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and staff.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Support other departments with administrative support as needed.
- Ensure the reception area complies with company policies and safety standards.
RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.
