We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to support the Front Office UI for Call Center initiative for our airline client based in Dubai. The role requires a candidate with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, particularly in the airline domain. Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual and automation tests for airline systems, focusing on inventory, pricing, booking, and payment functionality.
Develop and maintain test scripts and frameworks for automation using tools such as Selenium and Robot Framework.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman to ensure seamless system integration.
Conduct database testing, specifically for MongoDB and Oracle, to validate data consistency and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and maintain test cases based on system requirements and business logic.
Report and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure resolution.
Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve testing practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years working within the airline industry.
Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
Expertise in API testing using Postman.
Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Robot Framework.
Proficiency in database testing, particularly with MongoDB and Oracle.
Solid knowledge of airline domain concepts, including inventory, pricing, booking, and payment systems.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
