The Delivery Operations Performance & Productivity Specialist supports the execution, governance, and follow-through of productivity, cost, and P2P performance across Delivery Operations.
As part of the Delivery Operations Development function, the role plays a key part in ensuring that agreed performance frameworks, governance models, and productivity initiatives translate into measurable results and disciplined execution across countries.
The role focuses on operational execution and action closure, working within the performance direction, priorities, and governance set by Delivery Operations Development, which retains ownership of overall performance steering, portfolio priorities, senior alignment, and continuous evolution of the operating model. The role drives accountability across countries without direct line management responsibility.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Drives productivity and cost performance execution across the delivery portfolio
Runs Cost & Productivity Committees (CPCs) end-to-end, including preparation, analysis, action definition, and follow-up
Maintains and tracks a quantified productivity savings pipeline and supports realization tracking
Strengthens P2P and booking governance in close collaboration with the Order Admin Team
Monitors booking quality, early IP discipline, and downstream cost impact
Identifies recurring processes and booking gaps impacting delivery performance and escalates through governance
Tracks portfolio-level performance (productivity, cost, P2P) across countries and business lines
Drives action closure and accountability with country delivery and operations teams
Develops and uses Power BI and digital tools to enable transparency and decision-making
Supports targeted continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and CI tools, focusing on practical, value-driven outcomes
Builds, maintains, and evolves Power BI dashboards independently
Comfortable working directly with data models, KPIs, and financial datasets
Uses BI as an execution and governance tool, not as a standalone analytics function.
Are you the one?
Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or other relevant field.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Experience in elevators, construction, or other relevant B2B environments.
Willingness to learn KONE-specific tools, processes, and governance.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an advantage.
