We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team in the labor hiring and PRO services sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our manpower and labor supply solutions.
- Identify and approach new clients for labor hiring and manpower supply services
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential customers
- Promote company services related to labor providing and PRO support
- Maintain good communication and long-term relationships with clients
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
Skills
Minimum 6 months experience in sales or labor supply field (Freshers can also apply)
Experience in labor hiring, manpower agencies, or PRO services is a plus
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Ability to work under targets and handle client meetings
Candidate must have own visa
