As you might already know Square Yards offers one of the most competitive salary structures in the market. However, we’ve recently revamped our commission model to make earnings even more rewarding.
For Leadership Roles:
- Fixed salaries up to AED 30,000
- Flat 50% commission on self sales (no targets attached)
- 12% team overrides
- 3% company shares
- 8–16% appraisals every quarterly
For Individual Roles:
- High fixed salaries
- Commissions up to 35% (quarterly slabs & no sales targets)
- 10% performance appraisals every quarter
- Access to quality marketing leads
We also offer 50% advance commission and visa sponsorship from day one.
