Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding Party Zone’s presence in kids’ play areas and family entertainment venues. Your main focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
2. New Business Development: Target and acquire new clients in the kids’ play areas and family entertainment sector; maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
3. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain collaborations with industry players to expand product offerings and market reach.
4. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
6. Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
7. Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements.
8. Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities and results; track leads and sales in CRM systems.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to support business initiatives.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA/postgraduate qualification is a plus).
· Minimum 4 years of sales experience in kids’ entertainment, play areas, or related sectors in the UAE.
· Established contacts in the UAE kids’ play area or family entertainment industry.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
· Valid UAE driving license.
