As the Marketing Coordinator for the UAE market, you will be responsible for the 360 coordination for Jewelry in the UAE Market. This will include closely following the category trends in the market as well as being a key support for local, commercial, and communication teams across the network. As such, you will ensure smooth dynamics between region & boutiques. Most importantly, you will support the Product Manager in day-to-day activities driving the performance of the category at large.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
As an integral part of the UAE Marketing team, you will be responsible for the following:
Animate boutiques: category & product management
- Animate Sales Deputy & Team Leader communities in boutique to drive business and reinforce level of knowledge and engagement of boutique teams
- Ensure smooth implementation and coordination of 360 Action plan for the category with Commercial, Communications and VM teams: at Market level & boutique level
- Development of sales tools (Product News, Competition Mapping, Trainings)
- Development and coordination of Market Launch Plan (Follow up with supply on stock dispatch, allocation, and replenishment)
- Develop specific training tools with other categories when applicable
- Elaborate monthly/yearly/ad hoc reports and analysis, follow-up product performances with actions
- Assist in the monthly meetings presentation and reporting.
Product launch & Novelty follow-up
- Implement & coordinate product launch plan, work closely with commercial, communication, visual merchandising, CRM, Client Services, L&D teams
- Key contribution to yearly product forecast exercise with close collaboration with Supply Chain & Boutique Management
- Train and support boutiques
- Track and share novelties performances with stakeholders regularly
- E-commerce implementation follow-ups.
Competition & market environment analysis
- Capture market insights (economy, demographics, technology, trends)
- Develop Competition decks across competition
- Research and understand market needs, competition landscape and customer insights. Identify opportunities and come up with action plans on regular basis with the support of Product Manager.
