This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, understands luxury hospitality, and knows how to turn great service into outstanding business results.



As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, leading both the guest experience and financial performance.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front- and back-of-house team





  • Drive a culture of exceptional service and memorable guest experiences





  • Take full ownership of P&L, budgeting, and financial performance





  • Maximize revenue through smart cost control, upselling strategies, and operational efficiency





  • Ensure smooth daily operations across service, kitchen coordination, and guest flow





  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene





  • Build strong relationships with VIP guests and key clientele





  • Recruit, train, and mentor managers and supervisors





  • Monitor staff performance and implement ongoing training and development plans





  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations





  • Work closely with marketing and events teams to drive footfall and brand visibility





You are a natural leader with a strong business mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.



Requirements:





  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a high-volume or upscale dining concept





  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability





  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills





  • A hands-on operator who leads from the floor, not just the office





  • Outstanding guest engagement and problem-solving abilities





  • Strong knowledge of restaurant systems, service standards, and operational procedures





  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence





  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
