Wood is seeking an accomplished PMC Site Interface Manager to join a major ADNOC project. In this role you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling technical, physical, and contractual interfaces between multiple stakeholders.
This role requires managing the Interface Management Plan (IMP), identifying critical dependencies, resolving conflicts, and, frequently, in a PMC (Project Management Consultant) role to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary site interface between ADNOC, PMC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and third parties
- Coordinate and manage all interface-related activities to prevent scope gaps, overlaps, and conflicts
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements
- Lead and participate in site coordination meetings, interface workshops, and technical discussions
- Identify, track, and resolve interface issues, risks, and constraints in a timely and proactive manner
- Support construction and commissioning activities by facilitating approvals, access, and cross-discipline coordination
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across all site interfaces
- Provide clear and concise progress reports, interface registers, and escalation of critical issues to PMC and ADNOC management
- Support project close-out activities, including handover and interface documentation
Qualifications:
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in oil and gas or energy projects, with significant PMC and site based interface management exposure
- Proven experience working on ADNOC projects or within ADNOC operating standards is highly preferred
- Strong background in EPC project execution, site coordination, and multi-contractor environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex interfaces on large-scale, brownfield and/or greenfield projects
