Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Senior Product & Pricing Manager to lead the product and pricing strategy for Honda Cars and Motorcycles in the UAE. As the custodian of the Honda product portfolio, you will define market relevant offerings, shape pricing, influence OEM decisions, and ensure sustainable profitability across the full product lifecycle. This is a pivotal role that combines product expertise, financial acumen, customer insight, and strong cross functional leadership.
What You Will Do
• Define customer target segments and ensure each product line meets customer needs and market expectations.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from launch to run out—ensuring competitiveness, relevance, and profitability.
• Optimize the product portfolio through volume planning, grade mix, value propositions, and profit-per-unit improvements.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to shape product specifications, pricing, and commercial offers.
• Build strong relationships with Honda OEM partners to influence product, pricing, and financial support decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Demand & Supply to ensure optimal stock ordering, ageing reduction, and grade mix alignment.
• Own retail pricing, discount frameworks, and campaign guardrails to protect brand positioning and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness, ensuring timely product definition, pricing, stock planning, and commercial strategy execution.
Skills
Required Skills to Be Successful
• Minimum 8 years of automotive industry experience, with at least 3 years in product, pricing, or portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Advanced analytical capability to interpret market, product, and pricing data.
• Solid understanding of vehicle specifications, technology trends, and automotive product dynamics.

You will be part of the Product & Pricing Division within Al Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the Brand Director and key cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Demand & Supply, and OEM partners. The team thrives on data-driven decision making, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking to shape one of the region’s most dynamic automotive portfolios.
